Low flow toilets include dual flush technology to meet the EPA’s Water Sense specifications, while faucets and showers are designed for minimizing output while maximizing coverage. Plus, the highly efficient irrigation system throughout the community does more with less water.

Our community is completely smoke free, and our landscaping is designed to make it oxygen-rich. By starting with pre-cut framing and panelized wall construction we reduced construction waste before construction even began. The stone cladding and FSC-certified wood is locally sourced, and we comply with Boulder’s Zero Waste Ordinance with trash, compost and recycling stations located at the center of the community.
